Over the weekend, I participated in 2 competitions in Hallsberg. It was the first time my Mental Coach joined me to observe how I perform and react during competitions. On Sunday, I set a new national record in the 60m event. Then, I focused on the 70m event as a calm session with Andreas, working on specific aspects without stressing about the immediate outcome, emphasizing long-term progress and development.

Reflecting on the experience, having my Mental Coach present provided valuable insights into my competition processes and reactions, contributing to a more holistic approach to my training and performance.

Recently, significant updates were made to the sponsors' pages with new individualized pages added for each main sponsor and also for the suppliers.

On April 25, 2025, a decision was finalized to partner with the talented Andreas Cederqvist, CEO of Hjärnplus, in the capacity of a mental coach. Expect further updates on this exciting development. Engaging a mental coach offers various advantages, such as heightened performance, increased concentration, and a more positive mindset. We are enthusiastic about embarking on this long-term collaboration together!

On the 7th of April 2025, I participated in the Swedish Indoor Championships in the Senior division. Achieved a commendable 4th place, feeling incredibly proud of my performance!

This weekend I participated in two archery competitions and achieved great results! Competing without my coach, who was sick, I was supported by my wonderful mother. In Skövde, I set a new personal best and broke the RU18W Swedish record by 7 points. The following day in Lindome, I further improved the record by 6 points, securing the highest recurve female score in Sweden this indoor season. These successes motivate me to continue pushing my limits with my developing technique. I had a fantastic weekend and appreciate all the support I received!

For the competition, I acquired new TRU Ball/AXCEL sights and scopes which impressed me with their quality and feel on my bow. Transitioning to them, I was excited to use them for the first time. Ahead of the event, I practiced outdoor but faced challenges due to the cold and snow affecting my finger mobility. The 10-hour journey to Stavanger ended late as I finished school. Competing in the RU21 class at 70 meters, I achieved a personal best of 593 points in the qualification round, exceeding the Swedish record of 1165 points for that class. Despite some struggle during the matches, I am content with my overall performance at the competition.

On January 24, 2025, I committed to exclusively using R-Core bow grips. I'm thrilled with the custom pink grips they've created for me, enhancing my shooting experience!
