Elsa Bohman

Elsa received her first bow on April 3rd, 2021, which also happens to be her birthday. Residing in the quaint town of Tibro, Sweden, she is currently enrolled in Volvo's High School in Skövde. Elsa is being mentored by the Swedish Archery Federation in the KSL technique and is a vital member of the federation's Future Olympic Team. Her dedication to archery is commendable and her journey looks promising.

Elinor Bohman

During my workout routines and archery practices, I am grateful for the support and guidance from my mother. When my father is unavailable, she readily steps in as an additional mentor, enriching my learning and growth =)

Peter Bohman

My father supports me wholeheartedly, providing guidance both in competitions and practice sessions. He has received training from the Swedish Archery Federation in the KSL technique and is a certified coach under RF-SISU. Within our club, he holds the esteemed position of head coach.

Andreas Cederqvist

Founded by Andreas Cederqvist, Hjärnplus provides mental coaching. Cederqvist draws from personal experiences to illustrate the stark contrast between losing two Swedish Championship gold medals and winning two Swedish Championship silver medals. One viewpoint sees losses as defeats, while the other sees them as valuable learning experiences.
